My favorite: ME!  I get more enjoyment out of me hunting than watching others hunt.

That said, I learn from all kinds of hunters including those who don't bowhunt because I simply love the great outdoors and getting into nature.  I read and learn from a lot of the great bowhunters like Bear, the Wensels, Hill, etc.  I also read about Teddy Roosevelt's hunts, studies from Game and Fish research, conservation based stuff, field guides, listen to Joseph Von Benedikt, and other notable hunts/hunters.  I also share in the struggles and joys of local hunters, especially children of my buddies who need a little encouragement in the field.  It's much more about a lifestyle than just being a fanboy of a certain person.

Well.. I like Bisch and all, but probably not my favorite bow hunter  :biglaugh: I do like me pretty good, but for a good time, I enjoy watching Cody Robbins show. He has a ton of passion and shoots/hunts some really unbelievable deer!.. well him and Fred Eickler. Both of those guys are genuinely very passionate about hunting.

I don't have a individual favorite but do admire Barry Wensel, Monte Browning, Mike Minton and Alan Altizer among others  all these guys have taught me a lot through their books, stories and videos

Mr. Warren Womack has probably been the most influential on what little success I've had.

His short videos and reading of his journal notes have been what's led to more success in the woods at least for me.

And I would second Robert Carter who use to post on here pretty regularly. He always struck me as the salt of the earth kinda guy

And my good friend Corey Bailey must be mentioned he's a getter done type of guy whether at 3D'd or in his hunting.

I believe both he and RC were also influenced by Mr. Warren.
Everything I have and have become is due to the Lord and his great mercy.

Todd Brickel

My Dad, he gave me the love of Bowhunting and traditional archery.

I've really enjoyed G Fred Asbell's writing, stories, and instruction - not to mention his Bighorn bows are the best.

And I'm very blessed to have Marv Clyncke in my life and a true friend.

And my best hunting buddy, Jim Anderson.

Finally, who doesn't admire Uncle Barry!

So many greats out there ! Some great ones mentioned.

Thought I'd mention Doug Bourland . Especially if you're a bear chaser.
