Where can I get pressure pads to use when doing a glue up? I would like to get a few extras to have on hand.

If you are referring to the 1/4" rubber pads we used to use.  Not sure, I would get some gasket material or rubber sheet packing.

They are 1/4" thick rubber pad that we lay between the bow and the air hose. I will post some pictures as soon as I get a chance.

I use rubber wall baseboard 4"X 1/8" X 4' from Lowes or Home depot cut into strips

I use use metal for pressure strips. Is there some advantage to using rubber? Seems like metal would more evenly distribute the pressure over the width of the limb. Just wondering ...

I wondered too . Hard rubber under bow might reduce wiggles but not sure under hose

First thing is you want your air hose to be touching all the way across the lam surface. Not just pressing more on the center and not on the edges. So your hose should be dog bone shape when inflated. I also get the rubber baseboard and cut into strips .
