I wish I would have  darkened it up a little, not much, Info from Cane & Basket
Flat Reed and Flat Oval Reed is rattan splint cut by machine from the larger diameter rattan poles. Flat Reed is flat on both sides with the top side being smoother. Flat Oval Reed is flat on the bottom side and oval on top. Both can be used for weaving chair seats and basket weaving. Both can be stained or dyed easily.
Available in natural and smoked color.
Flat and Flat Oval Reed are put up in coils that weigh approximately 1 lb.


Like my other statics Stic, hard to string at first , but I'm use to it

It looks so dainty with that big hippy dude holding it! The tiller at full draw looks perfect, not that I would know squat about tillering that bow!

I just spent a hour talking to Brent Rudolph on the cell phone about this bow and he gave me more Info and some tips on fades and wedges.
He's cool with me making some.
