Oh it's the bow, trust me.  I'm just the string actuator here

Roy from Pa

I understand that, the bow Kenny sent me is so darn accurate......

I'm glad you like your new bow. I love building them and I'm glad it made it there safe.

I've been busy doing other things getting ready for the Tn. Classic.
Mother nature at full blast , weeds, fallen trees and out of control bushes and getting the Xmark ready for the season.
I have cut the grass 2 times already.
I will finish up the swap bow as soon as I get back.

Thanks Kyle! Great workmanship!

After I let my face heal after the bow exploding, I am back at it to get this swap bow done!
(or my ego...) :biglaugh:

Vince, I built a TD with the limbs set into riser like that, it cracked in those corners.  Is that where the other one failed?   I built a new riser for the limbs of phenolic with 1/4" scales of bocote...
Stay sharp, Kenny.

When I learned Machining and Tool and Die work, inside corners was a No No.

You can buy endmills with a very small radius on the corners that will keep that from happening.
A 1/32" radius is plenty.  45 the outside corner of the limb butt.

I use to take a sharpening stone to the corners of the endmills and I was set to go.

It should work on wood
