I wanted to use clear glass but I got streaky glass the last 2  times I ordered it (not from Kenny) .
I've done some Faux painting before on glass.

I had to make a new scarf jig today, it ain't purdy, it ain't fancy but it does get'r done.

I think my plastic wrap may have caused a slight bit of slippage, I'll have to be careful of that on the next one.

I like kennys way.
make the scarf joint longer and SG will hold it on dry runs.
Less angle on your wedge.

I glued tip overlays on a bow that's about ready for final tillering and I prepared lams and a riser for another one as insurance.
That was yesterday. Today I was at funland ( work ). ☹️

Trade bow received! A great little bamboo backed Osage from Caleb Swisher. It's nice and short with a really nice profile! And shoots well too! Sorry about the horrible lighting for the full draw, it's where I have to take the picture right now and the lighting isn't great. I really like the raccoon emblem on the top limb

I sure hope my bowyer isn't an overachiever. I haven't told my wife I signed up this year, and somehow the subject of prior swaps came up yesterday and I got the distinct hint that if a bow shows up before I make much more progress on getting the addition wrapped up and through inspection, my heirs will have to pass said bow along to my recipient...
