A guy that works with me turns pens. Friday I took him my offcut box that was full of riser blank ends and other trimmings. Today he comes in and brings me this piece, says it's a thank you. I told him it was too much but he wasn't having it. Anyway, I now have another option for the riser combo. Thoughts anyone?

Congrats Roy. I told Chris to assign you a crappy bowyer. I guess we know what he thinks of Kenny...   :biglaugh:

My edge sander motor is in the shop. It may be done this week. If that's the case I'll be able to get started on my riser soon. I'm building a T/D recurve. The limbs are almost finished

Roy from Pa

Cool what did they say it needed?

Guessing its the switch or capacitor. The wiring all checked good so putting another capacitor on it and if that's not it he said it's probably the switch. Can't wait to get it back running. Off all my bow building power tools I use that on the most. Just hogs off the fiberglass plus it doubles as a good knife grinder

Looks great Max!  That riser is cool.

I have seen that style of accent before in a riser but for some reason yours looks a little different and purty cool...  Good job Buddy...

Two years ago I think I was the first one to pop out a bow for the swap...  This year I seem to be the slack-a$$...  Things just keep getting in the way... Today I had to fix my thickness sander...  Oh Well...  Hope to have something to show in the next few days...

That's sweet Mark!!  I'm glad Rody has his so he don't get it!!

Hate to see him have a nice glass bow !!  I'm saving scrap so if I get his name again I'll be ready
Stay sharp, Kenny.
