I'm always interested in seeing a build of any kind........but I make bamboo backed bows because I don't have the patience for glass bows!

Ok so we are gonna do a 45@28 - 58" fhlb one piece

I picked a pc of grenadillo from the junk stuff and have some veneers Dan Raney gave me when he was hunting here. Hope they look ok together...

Mike, not sure , Dan didn't know and I don't either. They were .035 and I sanded to .025 to clean up. That made em a lot lighter color, will be a little darker and browner than maple I think...

Lonnie , low budget scrap wood bow build ...

Now to saw the veneers to 1.5" width...

I use this as a straightedge to keep the little veneer saw's teeth on veneer only not the plywood
