Seems like I've used rubbing alcohol to lube slide on quiver mounts  and slide them down my limbs to the fadeouts.  Is this the best idea? Will it harm the limb finish.

Having a senior moment.

Thanks in advance, Sky-Chief.

When I got my first slide on Selway I was at ETAR and Selway installed it and said to just use water as the lubricant. I've taken them on and off a few times and water seems to work just fine.

I usually just wet both sides of the limb a little.  A very small dab of dish soap, as A-30 notes, makes it even easier.

Thanks again all.  Got them on with water and elbow grease.
