Looks good Key! I want a 3-D printer! So is it ABS plastic? That stuff is a little soft, wondering how it will hold up with metal inserts in it.

Hello Flem:It's made of PLA.For it's softer than metal I made it thicker than the old way.The screws are mounted in right after heated.

What's your riser made of? These limbs in the back ground look interesting too.

Made slow progress this weekend.
Got the limbs bolted ro the riser. Need the cut the tips next

The riser is made of black phenolic resin,and it's body is a copy from KT44.It's my first time trying to make something like this.Hard to say if it I'm gonna make it.

Not mine there. Just what I'm shooting for..

These staves are freshly cut a month ago.

So gonna be a long while till they are dry enough.
