  well...  i was gonna go out to the shop and pop out a couple of bows for my niece and nephews for christmas...  2 hrs later i just finished up cleaning and organizing my shop...  sheesh...

I do that all the time to my shop and it is still dirty and cluttered.  How does it get this way??  Maybe someone else is messing it up.

This is what I'm doing, The red is the core and fades and glass




I still have a big hunk


This is the back of the riser, I will glue this to  the back glass

This is the Fade/Riser lam, This and the glass and core is all that I'm glueup next


side view 1/4" thick fades of the stack


I'm gluing the fiberglass stack to the back lam stack


This is the Belly lam stack


Last glue up, belly lam stack to the belly of the fiberglass stack

I been Kenny inspired. Working on a FHLB. It will be green glass figured walnut riser with cherry Ibeam and a little slice of Coco diamondwood. Cooking now.
This is my Hogg meaning it will hogg off anything that touches it
But it is super solid and great for the scarf joints.

...and if that jig is adjustable to 5deg and 11deg you can use it for nock and point tapering for your wood arrows.  :thumbsup:
