Plains style Lakota quiver by Krista Holbrook?

I have searched in my back issues of Traditional Bowhunter magazine for an article that Krista Holbrook wrote on constructing this type of quiver. Can anyone point me to the issue it was in? It was years ago. Thanks ahead of time.
