Bloodsport Arrows anyone?

I'm playing with 4 different arrows from 4 different companies at the moment and was curious in a 5th...

Anyone shoot these (I'm not so fond of the name) Bloodsport arrows?

I picked up a dozen earlier this year in .400 to use for 3D. They have done everything I asked of them so far. Camofire had them real cheap.

I havent used them out of a trad bow but have used them before. Mainly ive shot the 23/64 diameter target arrows but have had a set of the .166 id and .245 id shafts. Your not really going to see any difference between them, the standard victory vforce, deer crossing and several others as the guy who ran each company (Bart, cant remember his last name but it starts with an L) didnt really change anything from one brand to the next besides the logo and the inserts. Imo not a bad arrow but nothing to write home about. Lately i have been curious as to how the newer victory shafts like the vforce tko would do.

I bought some for my uncle this year since he was showing an interest in learning to shoot. We took them to the range and they flew beautifully. I don't have any hunting experience with them, but they seemed to hold up pretty well whenever he accidentally hit the 2x4 target frame.

I have looked at these a few times, has anyone noticed much difference in point of impact? I've been interested in them but since they are a bit lighter than my goldtips I've been hesitant to buy them.

Terry, add a Black Eagle to the test subjects. Great quality. Very straight. They seem to have shootabity some others do not, and a nice looking woodgrain. They are very tough also.
I constantly buy new types of shafts for the fun of it. Especially now moving on from AD shafts and looking for a new favorite. I shot most of what you have there too. Pluse the Black Eagle. The Black Eagle keep coming to the top for me. The 5/16 ones. I had planned to try their thin ones next. But I don't know if I need to.
I might be a minority but found the sidewall of the beeman/easton/axis family to be sensitive to a side impact.

I got a dozen acouple months ago. Fly as good as anything for me. Not the most durable shaft out there and prob wouldn't pay full price for them. My biggest complaint is I didn't pay much attention when ordering, I have a tendency to jump on a deal. None of my components fit these shafts and I needed to add a lot of weight. If I figured in the price for new heavy inserts an such, I could have bought a much better shaft.

As ted mentioned the black eagles are a great option. I had some of the .165" id instincts and loved them.

Not to change the subject but the Easton Axis traditional shaft has been great. Got some for my 3D setup and they do a super job.

After breaking several beman ics bowhunters in the past few days I would agree. The axis are better and I have had a chance to rethink my choices. I need 33 inch shafts at least. The dark timber by big Jim and the black eagle are the choices I have at hugely varied price points.
Would be great to hear Terry weigh in.

Not intending to hijack the thread - Here are the Black Eagles I've been playing with. Not as inexpensive as the Bloodsports but a pretty good price, however I'd say these are a premium arrow shaft. They are as tough as anything I have ever used. No need for a footing. I replaced the factory nock with super nocks. Still not sure what I'll use for a hunting arrow this year. Grizzlystiks are nice.
