Go to Harbour Freight and buy a self siphoning tool.  It a plastic tube with a brass fixture on the end that has a marble in it.  To use simply place the gallon above the vessel that you want the liquid to go into.  Place the brass end into the gallon and shake the tube.  The siphoning action will happen 9nits own.  I must caution you that it is up to you to stop the siphon before the receiving vessel fills up.

 O k I see where not done yet, first do what you already know, pour some beers then grab that tube put it in the acetone and do the Chubby Checker twist you might want to hold your hat down at the same time, that should get ya started, whew 4 pages and going strong cmon turkey season.
