Well this past weekend I got some laminations ground down, I also got some walnut tapers ground...thanks to a taper board I bought from Kenny. Everything is ready to be glued up this next weekend. The belly-->back goes like this:
clear glass
red grandis
bamboo
walnut taper
clear
Hope to have it come in around 40lbs

I am quite proud that 1/2 my tools are home made, and see to items made from them.

here is one of my homemade spindle sander, nothing fancy, I was going to fancy it up but then it worked good and was at a good 90 deg. I decided not to mess with it.

If you are taking the pictures with a cell phone, go into the camera setting and choose the lowest setting listed.
That should fix ya up.

You can also send them to your email and resize/upload from there. That's what I typically do when i'm home
