Will Gold Tip 500 inserts fit in Easton 2016 aluminum shafts??

GT500 ID is 0.246"
2016 ID is 20/64-0.016" = 0.297"

I use Easton super nocks in my GTs. The Easton game getter 2016/500 has a bushing at the nock end. I'd say GT inserts would be too small in Easton 2016s.

My experience has been that every size of aluminum shaft I have ever shot requires its own point and nock insert.  Fortunately, they are not expensive.  $6.50 a dozen from 3 Rivers, and they are in stock.
