Are you setting it up for hunting or 3d?

You have many options. I'm in the process of messing around with a couple of new ILF risers. Normally I'd set them up to shoot off the shelf but this winter I'm going to experiment a little and put a Bear Weather Rest on one and a NAP Centerest Flipper on the other. I might even put a Flipper Rest II and a cushion plunger on one just to see what happens. My interest is mainly hunting but do shoot some 3D with my bows. (It's been years since I've shot off anything but off the shelf).

If you want to shoot off the shelf with a Titan these custom made rests for the Titan are my favorite. If you are interested send me a PM and I will send you the guys contact information who makes them. He makes the side plate to your specs based on how thick you need it to be. He puts 30# 3M tape on the rest and side plate and it is not going to come off your riser unless you really work to take it off.

I don't compete or anything but my use usually consists of 3d, hunting, and backyard practice...im thinking about furniture pads as well as trying bear weatherest. I prefer a bombproof setup because when it comes time to hunt im hard on stuff..

If you will be hunting Trophy Ridge makes a stick on rest that is is similar to a weather rest but accomadates a plunger. That would be my recommendation. That is unless you can find a Stickland Plunger Rest. It is my favorite rest but unfortunately no longer made.

I never knew trophy ridge made anything for traditional...or anything worth a darn...I had bad experiences with their compound products....

Tried the nap center rest, center rest flipper, Hoyt hunter rest, bear weather rest and various types of rugs and pads. So far I like weather rest the best. Just the right amount of center shot (the center rest flipper is actually quite less than center on Titan), wears better than the plastic ones (it's rubber) and quiet and you can get it very close to the bow hand as well. Next best thing I like is a half split dowel.

Trophy Ridge is owned by Bear. The rest is called the Shoot Around Stick On. If you plan to use a plunger you will like it better than a Weather rest.

Don't shoot a Titan, so maybe this isn't applicable, but I set up a w&w black wolf this year. I wanted an ilf setup that maintained as much simplicity and lack of things to fail as I could get.

What I ended up doing was gluing a piece of hardwood dowel, I'm guessing 3/16ths diameter under a Velcro shelf rest.

For the side plate I made an adjustable side plate, (which is basically just a fancy bolt with a larger head), that screws into the plunger hole. Add a set screw to the back side to lock it in place when tuned.
I machined mine, but I'm sure if you dug around a hardware store you'd find something that would work similarly.
