YosemiteSam

I got a decent buck this year (rifle season).  I sent the hide to a taxidermist but kept the hocks for sinew & other crafts.  I'm trying to a simple alum tan on the skins and thinking about what crafts I might do with the skins (hair on).  I'm looking for more ideas -- just for fun.

A hairy arm guard
Finger tab? (not sure if this would work if I stitched it with a thicker leather)
small quiver for 3-4 arrows (a bit short, I'd think -- maybe a hip quiver)
Knife sheath (stitched with another leather)
A small possibles bag for muzzleloading (would use up all 4 legs)

Anybody have some pictures of things they've done or seen done with hock skins?
