That's going to look great in my canal on ALGONQUIN DRIVE.

After we get blood all over it in November, of course  :biglaugh:

I am not so sure about this birchbark look alike, the hull design looks fine, but one of these for about the same money would get the job done with more ease and comfort with no waiting period.  https://www.sourisriver.com/quetico-16

Roger, the ghost of Armstrong Creek would not approve of use in Detroit area. Best to leave it in U.P.

Who builds that one Ron? That's a gorgeous canoe.
Bowhunting is a passion, not an obsession. Its just hard for my wife to tell the difference sometimes.

Interesting concept.  Ralph Friese (who passed a few years ago) of Chicagoland Canoe built many fiberglass replicas of Voyager birchbark canoes for camps and Hollywood movies.

The interior ribs contribute to the look, but really wouldn't be necessary with a fiberglass hull and add extra weight.  I expect they quiet the boat a bit though.
