Ok gang, first off I want to say thank you all for all the interest and support I've received. You guys and galls are awesome!!
If you want to get in on this pass around bow simply reply here in this thread that you want in . In order to keep everything fair it will be first come first serve.. but first ...... PLEASE READ ALL OF THE RULES BEFORE SIGNING UP!!!

First off to try to minimize the chance of being scammed ( I know it's crazy that I have to even be worried about that) I must limit the sign up to Trad Gang members that have been a part of the Gang for at least 1 year.

I want to get this bow in as many peoples hands as possible so we would like for the bow to go to the next person in line about every 2 weeks. That should give everyone about 10 days each with the bow before shipping to the next person.

It will be your responsibility to contact the next person in line and ship the bow to that person at your expense with at least 700.00 in insurance. ( should cost about 30.00 to ship the bow). I will provide a box for the bow so everyone can re-use the same box to ship each time.

I will need each person to pm me their contact info as well as their mailing address so I can help keep track and keep things flowing in case a need arises.

I encourage you to spend time with this bow as much as possible. Hunt with it!! Take it to 3d's!! Go stumping!!! Whatever!!
And I would like for each person to make at least 1 post and relay their thoughts about the bow. Tell us what you like, tell us what you don't like, ect.. the goal is to help others get an idea of what my bows are like Incase they are on the fence about ordering one.
And if you can, post some pics of your time with the bow. If you can't post pics please send them to someone who can.

Also, I am going to take a page out of one of mentors book ( Mike Rash-Legends Bows) and would like for everyone to suggest a name for this 3 piece bow. Keep it in line with my "primal" theam.  (my recurve is called the carnivore)
And at the end I'll pick a winner and will send them a $50.00 gift card to the Trad Gang sponsor of their choosing!

This bow will be a 62" 3 piece longbow and will be 47-48#@28". This weight and length will accommodate a vast majority of people and still be plenty to hunt with!!
I will have this bow completed and to the first person in line by Oct 1st or possibly sooner. I will also post pics of the build as it goes. Also, at the end of the pass around I will give the bow a new finish and list it for sale. Hint hint !!

Here is what I'll be working with. Stabilized walnut Burl for the riser and myrtle Burl veneers. Probably going to use aoudad horn for the overlays! Should be awesome!

You don't have to harvest a critter with it!! It's cool if you do, but that's not the point. Shoot it, and see what kind of quality product Randy is making, and you might just consider him the next time you need a new bow!

I know I won't buy a bow that I cannot shoot one of first. That's probably why I don't own one of Randy's bows yet. I have shot one about 10 shots at the practice range at a big 3D shoot we were both at. As soon as I saw he was going to do this passaround, I knew I had to get in on it so I can get more familiar with his longbow. This little 2wk experiment is very liable to end up costing me some money!!! [emoji2][emoji2][emoji2]
