Whirligig neat find

Came across this folk art thing at the local fair in the farming history section, almost missed it because it was up in the air, which is also why the picture isn't the best but when the wind blows, the archers arm goes up and down with the arrow.

any way, I thought is was cool enough that maybe someone else would appreciate a farmers ingenuity.
