I just built a dozen arrows that perfectly fit your description. I'm even planning to run Cutthroat 250's as well. Shaft=Victory RIP XV 500 Elite...Insert=Ethic's Archery 100 grain SS...Outsert=2" of 1816 aluminum shaft fits the OD of the RIP XV 500 nicely and extends about 1/2" beyond the insert for strength...Point=250 grain field point for now, 250 Cutthroat for deer season...=550 grain finished arrow weight, right around 30% FOC, and deadly quick out of my 50# Javaman Elkheart...
Friedrich, What is your draw length?  The reason I ask is that when I tried the 500 spine XV shafts, by the time i added that much tip weight, I could not cut them short enough to not show weak.

I've been shooting Easton axis forever now. They seem to be a pretty good arrow.

I shoot Axis as well. Tough, easy to fit with the various components. I think the Victory stuff is even skinnier. I never liked the looks of the bulbous outserts on super skinny shafts.  But, whatever works.
