If Tradgang is not referenced in a PayPal payment they do not know to notify Doug the payment was made... and Doug has no way to verify it was made. They treat it as a regular donation, like the thousand plus they get every day, and Tradgang doesn't recieve credit. It has happened before and I believe getting them straightened out is usually possible, it just takes St. Jude's, Doug, and you some extra time and work. Maybe Doug will see this and let let you know how to proceed.

All non PayPal payments should be sent to me.

While I believe I got my reference right, I believe the PayPal address that we use is something along lines of tradgang at Saint Jude's.com or something. I would think they know it's a tradgang thing, I thought the name was in it.

Thank goodness PayPal gives us all an electronic receipt when we paid.

I sent payment for two items via paypal. I mentioned my user name on Tradgang, so I hope it gets counted. Let me know if I need to do something else.

I put EVERYTHING on there BUT Tradgang!

They said the only option I had was to cancel the payment and re-do it. I don't want to do that if I don't have to!

I referenced tradgang St. Jude auction in the comments. Also described the items and person that donated. Advise if something else is needed.

I sent payment to StJudes PayPal as well . 120.00 for two items . 10.00 for cat whiskers from Huntryx. And 110.00 for Easton xx75 2018 arrows from IndioArcher . I did not mention It was Thru Trad Gang. So Sorry . Now what do I need to do.?

I sent my via PayPal on June 18th, clearly identifying Trad Gang. Still not showing as paid. Any idea what I should do?
