Does anyone know how we're supposed to know this year when someone has paid so we can ship or receive our goods?  In the past, there have been notations on the individual items on the bidding forum when money has been received, but that doesn't seem to be happening this year.

My understanding is that Walt and Doug will still mark items paid.


It usually takes a few days after you pay for it for it to be posted.

I paid for by fishing trip and can if soup today.

Greg is correct, Doug and I will mark them paid when we receive payment. 

I mark mine when received in the mail, usually that night for the first couple of weeks.  Your PayPal payments go directly to St. Jude's, not to Tradgang, Doug, or anybody else.  This means Doug has to wait until he is notified by St. Jude's that the payments are made before he can mark an item as paid, usually A couple of times each week.

Please make your checks payable to St. Jude's Childre's Research Hospital, not Tradgang or me.  Every year a few end up with Tradgang or my name on them, they get tore up and returned to the sender or thrown away ( if the sender is good with that) and they have to send another check.

I personally didn't realize that ST. Judes was having to sort all this out for "US". I happened to put a link in my payment to the auction that did have Tradgang.com in the link...but in all honesty that was an after thought. I put the handle of the Gentleman that offered the item, my handle and what I won....but how in the world is St Judes going to know what that stood for?...lol

I feel it would be a good idea to clarify up in the "how to pay section" that you NEED to put TRADGANG.COM in your payment comment section along with the other info to pin point the particular auction item.
