It's going to be a wet one.  At least I'll be able to blame my bad shooting on the weather!

Rain it did and lots of it "BUT " I only shot 1 coarse on Friday but it wasn't Heart attack hill but slippery enough for me.Had a blast with the guys I was shooting with.
My friend RJ I rode with did get his money's worth of shooting and I was very happy he did while I laid back and visited with folks and went back and forth to the vendor's tents.
Did manage to get another black Thunderhorn boa quiver from Jd's and saved over $47.00 by buying it there. It has the rattlesnake center and beautiful. Bought a dozen 1916 legacy's and needed supply's. Couple roles of string material and a nice leather eye glass case from a leathersmith.
Good food and fellowship with my Trad. family for sure.
Best thing was our group didn't have to be under the influence other then the Holy spirit to have a great time.
There was some folks who's mouth could use a bar of soap especially with the children near by and should of had to blow through one them blow meters before attempting to shoot and I could of breathed much better if the guy's smoking cigars would of stayed out the vendor's booth . My asthma was giving me a fit every time one particular fella was anywhere near me with the brown pickle in his mouth.
Other then that I thank our Lord for watching over us and keeping us safe traveling back and forth and for Baltimore bowman for the grounds we shot on.

Went Sunday and shot with my 6 year old son, with the wife spectating.  Hit the kids course and I think the Fred Bear Course with them, then the St. Charles course by myself.  Somehow managed to not lose or break any arrows.  My son was shooting better than me at the beginning, and he got his first string slap bruise yesterday, too!

Also picked up an old Kwikee Kwiver for my 1968 or 1969 Ben Pearson KM Special.  It looks cool and I figure itll be good for stumping or shooting events.  Maybe if I get the cover, Ill try it with broadheads.

Some good deals were to be found for sure!  I picked up a case Barlow look-alike with sweet scales for $20 and got 5 x 130 grain Pearson deadheads for $25, :bigsmyl:

I need to get my boy out there next year.  Good stuff!
