I repaired a small 1 1/2" spot on a longbow for a buddy of mine. I originally built the bow and shot tbird flat on it. I chose not to strip the entire bow and just spot fixed it. Problem is that I only currently have satin tbird on hand. Any ideas to help match it up? I know it won't be perfect but I'd love to get it halfway close for him.

Spray the spot with Satin and see if it is close enough.  If not then hit the whole bow with a coat.   Maybe just a misting texture coat will do it..

Yes.   Hold gun a little further away than normal and do a light mist over the whole bow after spot is repaired
