preload when is it to much

Is there away to know when you have to much preload in your limbs. I have been trying different pad angles with my static limb design. The set up now are very quiet and have no vibration when shot. I am very pleased with them but want to make them the best they can be. Maybe even get them closer 190s with 10gr per pound. Even though the deer cant tell the difference. Just not sure were to much preload comes in to play or how to measure it.

He sold many of these types of Static Recurves.
8" of Reflex.

Interesting Topic...  I am curious as to what some have to say... I have some of my own thoughts on this but not enough experience to put in some honest, 'For Sure' input... And I am only making Hybrids for now...

Why more in the tips?  Or are you meaning less bend in the inner limb.

more string angle
More bend 6"? from the static Fade, to the the Static fade.
Also that would make less bend from the riser

That second Bow looks like a sheepeater obsideon.  Both good looking bows tuned in for the topic

The top bow is the shaman 58" T/D static recurve.
Same guy made the sheepeater
