Perma-grit

Hey guys just wanted to share these with you... I am a complete novice at this bow building thing and have taken to much wood off more than once with power-tools.

I found these cause I never liked trying to get a square piece of wood and holding sand paper on it as a sanding block, plus I was going through so much sand paper

Well I bought the 11x2 square perma-grit block and sanded the hole profile after getting close to the line with a belt sander plus a ton of shaping and squareing and haven't dulled this thing yet... I do use a brass bristle brush or a copper pipe cleaning brush with aceton to unclog it here and there but I really liked this so though I'd share

Thanks for sharing the link. Before I got my 6x80 edge and pattern sander I was using a 3x3 tungsten carbide sleeve on a Robo sander to shape risers before glue up.
