The limbs turned out very well I went to the short string right away after doing some minor clean up, took about 1/4" of set.  6 1/2" brace hieght.
All Wood Takedown/Maple and Walnut. 41# although its closer to 44#.  1" reflex. 63 1/2" ntn. 14" riser. 7dg.limb pad angle. Bow seems to shoot well the shelf is not cut to center but close. Shot over 200 arrows so far with no issues.

Very cool. Good description. Sounds like something I may be interested in one day soon. Why only one limb camo'd? And how did you camo it? Tape? Dipped? I work with a guy that camo dips and have been dip-curious.

Got any braced and/or full draw pics?

Quartersawn hard maple?

Bowjunkie

Ew... there ya go. I see the braced pic now. Looks good so far.

Bad pics sorry, limbs are same length, the backside of one limb is showing. The Camo is Cotton fabric.
No full draw yet. 1/4 sawn sugar maple is all I use.

It's hard to make a wooden bow which isn't beautiful, even if it's ugly.

Thanks guys.  Hopefully what I learned on this bow I can build better one piece bows. Its taken me 4 years to get to this point.  Slowly but surely.   :bigsmyl:
