Been thinking about that, can you get detent assemblies long enough? Maybe find a keeper screw a bit longer?

Good question Kenny, I'm just starting to look into this. Just have a lot going on right now.

Really Nice job on that one Pathfinder22

I like that Static Recurve too Bigbob

Kenny it might be simpler to add reflex right off the fade out rather than mess with the ilf wedge.

thanks fellas, appreciated.Next one should be a stunner[think red and black palm]

Bowjunkie

I made another bow wood run yesterday, over to Ohio this time. I'm getting farther and farther behind. I need to stop fetching it and get it all split, stripped down, sealed, and put up.

kennym

Put a deer hind quarter on my new Weber grill.  Waiting impatiently now.

Worked some more on the ILF longbow limbs. 47 @ 28 and very noodly. 10 gpp speed is 182 so no killer speed but quiet to my ear.

Need to make a curved wedge and take some deflex out so the limb can be thicker toward tip for more stability. Haven't shot outside at longer range yet.
Stay sharp, Kenny.

I drew a 35 pound bow yesterday, 6 times..    :)
There was a slight discomfort, but nothing major. Planning on shooting the wife's 29 pounder next week at the trad campout get together.

Good for you, Roy. So next week you should be good as new?

Glad to hear it's working out for you Roy.  Good luck at the shoot!

monterey

Keep at it, Roy.  Eventually you will bust out of that 3.5# bow.   :)

Getting ready for opener.  Made a new string and re served the old one for backup.  Tuned to new arrows and am shooting the new string in.

Here's a picture of the mess, otherwise Roy will say it never happened!   :)
