Nice work as usual, Roy.  That is one great looking bow with impressive speed.  Starting to think that you really do know what you're doing   :D

Glad that it went to another really good guy on here.    :)
It's hard to make a wooden bow which isn't beautiful, even if it's ugly.

The bow seems ok. Maybe.

But be careful Wayne. I know a guy who got a bow from Ole Roybert and almost lost his eye when the bow broke after a few shots. I bet you he didn't even include safety glasses. He's got a sadistic streak, that Roy guy...

Hain't no wonder you have a 29.5" draw, ya anchor half way back your face..  No wonder ya can't hit anything..  :)  LOL

ill have you know thats the fabled and mystical ol'1 i technique- notorious for slaying the enemy!!

seriously though, i used to shoot split with corner of my mouth being anchor, then saw a video of Rick welch shooting, and i was convinced- it made so much sense.
so he shoots three under with two anchor points, thumb first knuckle under the earlobe- kinda in that hole at the back of the jaw, and then your schnout is tipped forward and touches the back of the LEFT WING shield cut cockfeather. the fletching obviously has to be set up exactlyfor yourself.
the nose to feather is the key in all of this!!
i have found so many times that i thought that i was at full draw with proper back tension, and found that my nose was still 3/4 to 1" away from the feather- add the proper back tension with the shoulder blades, and everything just slots into place.
this system that he teaches has not only radically improved my shooting- shrunk group sizes and increased my consistency exponentially( imagine how bad i was!!!!) but it also gave me a good indicator- right on the spot if my form was correct and working.- not an after a bad miss analasys, but a pre shot indicator- thats the key here- before i even release i know my form is right!!!
it just works for me!
check these out- but BEWARE THE RABBIT HOLE!!!
