Tiller help/advice. New question?/ final pics

really nice- whats the final # on it- she going to be a hunting bow for you?   :thumbsup:

Thanks, I took advice from a few fellas here that advised me to get to final tiller drawing it by hand. It looks different on the tiller tree. The upper limb with the knot gave me some trouble. But lessons learned, the next when will just be better.
Final weight came in at 45# at 28". Next step learning to make arrows and string for it. Considering selling my compound bow to buy supplies. Then I have no choice than to hunt with it. Will spend the off season working on my instinctive shooting. Next year we make meat.

my apologies on the foul language. Their will be more shavings made and soon. You all are good fellas, I enjoy coming here and get help. I'll get pics of it when I got her all dressed up and a finish on her. Any recommendations for a finish? thinking true oil or bees wax.
