So I haven't posted much here in the past, but am going to try to make an effort to post more and lurk less...  Anyway, I was asked recently what the shortest bow I could make that would still draw 28".  Draw weight around 20#.  I responded that I have not made one like that yet, but would try and see what I come up with.

That got me wondering about anyone else.  So, what's the shortest laminated bow you've made (longbow or recurve) with a 28" draw?

So far it's this 58" bamboo backed Osage bow I made recently.

I like 'em!  Trux - I got the blueprints for the Herters 28" from you through BK a couple years ago.

Sam - I know you've heard this before, but it's your fault I started building bows in the first place.  That has since turned into an archery business of building bows and making arrows and related stuff (mainly I make Hard Shell travel cases, but still archery related).
