Osage overlays or siyahs?

I have a 59" osage stave ready for final tillering that I started to add an overlay but I thought I might add siyahs?  Any thoughts? The blank is a little twisted at the moment so it will need a little heat treatment no mater what. So it will be a bend in the handle now that is 1" wide and 1/2" thick bending to mid twenties at about 45# but I don't know where to go from here. I have to admit It is trying to twist on me just pulling it with limb pockets on a shortish string so I am worried about adding something more complicated to the mix but I need to make this a shooter  soon?  So I am open to thoughts. FYI this is from a small tree so it is  not a large blank.

If its twisting now Id skip the siyahs, or get it much, much straighter. Ive made several self static recurves. If Im not 98-99% dead nutz straight, it will flip on me at brace. Once they are dead straight they can be the funnest bows on the rack to shoot.

Myself? Id add overlays and finish the bow.

I agree.  That's plenty of osage to make a nice bendy handled bow up to 60# at 28" so siyahs would just complicate things.  Especially if you want to get her done soon.
Take a kid hunting!

Glued the overlays today. Thanks for keeping me straight.
