Been a crazy last six months with work and home life

Been working six days a week and our 15 year old daughter has been dealing with some health issues. She recently had a steel bar put in her chest to correct what is called pectus excavatum which is a sunken sternum that was putting pressure on her heart when exhaled. She's all good now but it will be a long recovery.

I haven't forgot about the swap and will working to get it all lined out ASAP I have my trade bow about 1/2 complete and really just need to find some time to get on it.

Just wanted to let you good folks know what was going on and I haven't forgot about this place.

Yikes.  I hope everything goes OK with your daughter.  Let me know if you need an assist with the bow.  Ship it up here and I'll finish it for you if needed.  Still pondering the best dates for the So. IN Bowhunt.  I'm thinking about taking a week off and might do it later in October than usual.  Hope you can make it.

I know that surgery very well-I nearly had it last year.  They decided at the last minute it wouldn't help my breathing.  

Normally when I hear about that surgery, it's related to Marfan or another connective tissue disorder.  Those are all serious business.  I should know, I'm trying to survive with one myself.  Hope she heals quickly.
