Man that's a cool one 4est!!

dinorocks

Below are a couple picts of bow #3...nothing to fancy yet but making progress!  Got it braced last night and hope to get it up on the tillering tree today!  Needed to add a couple drops of thin CA to one of the sting nocks as the sting wanted to cut into the limb...bow has a very heavy draw weight.

Getting there!

Nice 4est! The handle wrap, is that a single piece, or single strips? Looks sweet.

D

4est that looks cool man.  I really like that.

Its good to see all of the progress everybody.

I just finished painting two little extra somethings my recipiant.  A couple single bevels I made.  I don't know if ********* shoots screew in's or glue on's so I'm putting the adapters in with them.  Without the adapters one weighs 205 and the other weighs 209. They are 1 1/8" wide and 2 1/4" long.  I just hope **** shoots left wing feathers...lol  and pay no attention to the date on the picture the batteries in my camera die so much that I don't even bother setting it anymore.

I'm a major slacker.  It's going out today and I added a few goodies because I am slow and horrible at shooting in a bow efficiently.

That's alright Goose, I'm patient and sure it will be worth the wait.

Anybody else's weather absolutely screwey..

The boys and I were planning a quick rabbit hunt / stump thumpin run out by one of the local river bottoms..

It snowed 4 inches and is coming down so thick, you can't even see the end of the driveway..

Now all I get to do is clean the garage....

Ours too Kevin, it was snowing here in WV Tuesday and 85 degrees Thursday. Crazy!

Roy from Pa

I guess it's Ok, Goose. Tiller looks perfect. That white Osage?    :bigsmyl:

Goose Gossett

That's the unstrung profile Roy. Figured you would know that haha. See it didn't take any set at all!

Post office said it would be there by Monday. Be looking on your doorsteps.

I've been looking on my doorstep every day, even Sundays in case I missed something on Saturday!  I think my mailman might have some kind of vendetta against me or something!

Wow D! very nice. I'd be very interested to see a build along for a broadhead like that ... if you;re willing to divulge your secrets.

I usually shoot red and white barred feathers so they will match my setup perfectly!

WestTexan

I think I just need a few things cleaned up and put a name and specs on this one and it will be ready to go.

I've made 2 trips up to Amarillo in the last 4 days and went by the leather store while I was there on Thursday and found this piece if leather....

WestTexan

I received this bow last week from Joe Todey ( talkingcabbage) it's a sweet looking bow and a real smooth shooter... My phone pics are not that good tho.
