Jim, where do you get the thick woven glass?  I have been using micarta for the I-Beam due to the  lack of a source.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

Walt, I sell the woven glass on my site and I also custom cut it if you need special sizing. I really like the glass and use it on the tips. It is so much stronger and less flexible than Phenolic, aka. Micarta and much easier to cut with a file.
