Those bows look real nice thanks for posting. As far as draw weight I would like to get a decent hunting weight maybe 50lbs would be nce. But, for now I would just like to complete something that shoots.

Could I use the Ash for the power lam also if I glue on a wooden riser for the handle do I need to worry about it?

97dend - I believe you'll do best on a Perry reflex by tillering the belly piece in reverse before glueup. Then glue it up in reflex (3"-4" is practical, from what I have read, and worked well on my latest bow). Using a hot box will help the wood bend, but defeat the purpose of the Perry system which "glues in" the reverse stresses.

Kentowl, thanks for the advice but I read it too late I glued the hickory backing on with the ash lam in between. I'm not sure I even did that right   :D

Here is a pic

Please let me know if I did this backwards and should I keep going?

I am going to start tillering sometime this weekend.

Thanks Everyone
