Very nice for your first Bow, be proud. Soft tips means they are bending a little too much. Have you heard about the gizmo tool? There is a thread on how to make and use one. It will aid in tillering a bow. Below is a link to it.

I don't see the soft-tip thing, I just see alot of handle.  I have an unbacked yew bow with stiff handle, fades, and tips and it has shot many thousands of arrows.
This bow looks good and I would shoot it with sufficiently heavy arrows and tweak to reduce any vibration.  Even with a little I might leave it alone and move on.

Yeah I'm shooting a 660 grain arrow., I haven't noticed any vibration at all and its pretty quite.

Roy I'm gonna have to build one of those gizmos those r cool I guess they work pretty good what length do y'all use by length I mean the actual length that touches the belly when u run it down the limb

Mine is about 6 inches long. I just took a scrap piece from my first board and mitre sawed each end of it. One hole in the middle just a little bit too small for a pencil, and presto! a gizmo. Granted, it's probably about #2 on the list of least impressive gizmos ever made, but hey, whatever works, right?
However, if you want to make a gizmo that doesn't look like junk, here's a how-to from Eric Krewson himself

its def soft at the tips........ in danger of being whip tillered. But man congrats you did a great job. I just copied your tip style on my kids bow....... love those overlays!
