I want to make some more arrows and Idk where to get it. The last batch was gave to me. Also where can I get leather to make a sheath for a neck knife?

tandy leather will sell offcuts of leather- or try a saddlery shop- stick yer mitt grippers in yer stern pockets an' learn to say "howdy pard"- an they will be sure to help ya. :)

you would probably want a 8 - 10 oz veg tan leather, preferably something off the back or the butt- STAY AWAY from shoulders or bellies- they are way cheaper- but have minimal body to them- and stretch further than my pay check.
neck can be real thick and heavy- and tough to sew.

There's a really good article on doing river cane on the main forums right now, first or second page.   He purchased it from home depot.

There is a cane arrow build along on here that he shows using cane he bought at home depot.  A hobby store usually has good supply of leather.  I know Hobby Lobby does.

If were thinking of the same build along its bamboo arrows.

And google tells me its the same genus. Huh. Learn some thing new every day.

But yes, home depot in the garden department look for bamboo garden stakes. Don't be fooled by the natural taper like I was, a majority are good for at least one arrow. I had a guy trying to help who didn't realize this either and it was a shock when I went home. Should have read the build along past bamboo garden stakes at home depot, Haha.

No Home Depot here, but know that Lowes also sell them, too.
