That looks awesome. You just convinced me to make one. My wife will surely thank you!

Bodork, no need to chase a ring on the back of the osage when your putting a backing on it. It just needs to be flat, but you do have to watch for grain run off on the belly of the osage. That bit me in the arse one time already.

Tracy- Billets work awesome for making a backed bow don't they. My nicest one so far was from a pair of billets I had under my bench and almost became firewood.

Are you going to finish it as is or dye the boo?

Dang bud, it looks even better in the big pics. Congrats again. I hope I get to shoot this baby in a couple months  :)

Yep Chris the billets work great, I think I will just let the osage age gracefully and see what I get.

Thats why I named her.

Ryan, Since are draws are the same you can shoot her all you want buddy.

Thanks for looking and all the nice comments guys    :D

You really haven't hunted the old fashion way until you've done it from one of these Indian houses.(The Tipi) "Glenn ST. Charles"

Tracy, hope your better and shooting soon, it's a shame to have a beauty like that just sitting.

Oh man, I would love to have one of Millers bows. I have never seen one in person but would like to I wish he had more picks on his website. If there a chance I sure hope you can post some picks of it when you get it.

That is a nice looking bow! What is the width taper? Is it a straight line from handle to tip?

Thanks again guys!!   :D

Randy, As soon as these 100 deg. days get out of here I will get my cams back out and start doing some scouting and try to find a few bucks to chase around with this bow come opening day.   :archer2:

Charlie Lamb and Ryan Steadman are coming out to hunt with us this November So it's going to be a great season no matter what.

Greg, She's a 1 1/8 wide at the fades and 3/8 at the tips.

Nothing "Plain" about that bow Tracy...
Looks good and the osage will age well I am sure. Get it outside so it can get some sun...   ;)

K.S.  Could you share a couple pictures of your form you used to make this bow?
