My apologies Rob. I've tried to decipher what's ok to do and what's not as an Associate Sponsor and read all the rules I could find pertaining to selling and advertising. I even asked for more info regarding what's acceptable and what's not and didn't get anything more than what's posted here on TG.
If I crossed the line it wasn't my intent to do so. Please don't hold my actions against anyone else. I never intended to disrupt the forum cause it's a great asset to all of us.
I'll try to do better.

Listing fly rods for trade for bows is the more egregious transgression. Associates and sponsors can list sales and such they have going on but need to direct folks to the Sponsor Classifieds for actual items.

Your right Vermonster and I didn't realize that at the time, but I haven't been an Associate Sponsor for very long so maybe I'm entitled to screw up once in awhile until I know what I can and can't do. I didn't mean to cause a ruckus.

chris, not really aimed at you, no problem.  as dave posted, sponsors can post about sale items and direct members to the sponsor's classifieds.  no worries, sir.
