64" ntn, 55# @ 28", pecan core, trapped and rawhide backed, osage lams on the belly, tips have wenge and elk antler, gemsbok horn arrow rest, leather wrapped and padded handle. Painted with earth ochres in a design as seen in Jim Hamm and Steve Allely's book. Did I leave anything out?

Very nice Bona, your quite the artist.
How was that rawhide to work with? That's something I haven't tried yet. What glue did you use for it, hide glue or a man made glue?
I'm also wondering how much it actually effects the poundage, like during different weather conditions and such.

Great job.

Thank you! I used TB3. I don't think rawhide effects the poundage at all. It's pretty easy to work with and home made rawhide looks nice on a bows back. And all the art work was copied.   :D

Dan, I just drew them on with quill and ink.

Someone asked about the handle, it's only a little thicker at the grip so I padded it on the palm side with three layers of soft leather, each layer a little smaller then the one before. I wedged the tip of a gemsbok horn under the leather wrap after I flattened it on one side.

It took more set then I wanted but it shoots nice.

Thanks again!
