i have been watching this unfold for some time now, and finally had to add my 0.2c worth.
everyone is just writing Tim off. i think we should be convincing him to stay.
i know he has resigned himself to leaving, but we should convince him otherwise, and find out what has really happened here
his input is great, we really do not need to be losing good people.

maybe a moderator could chime in here, with what exactly happened.

and besides-he pretty much puts his life on the line looking after you guys( that doesnt affect me, i am a canuck- but just an observation!!)- not saying he deserves different treatment to anybody else- just remember it.

Wayne, I already spoke to Tim through email and he explained it to me quite clear. I think it's a dead issue at this point and we should all just move on.
I don't want to see him pack up and leave either, but it's ultimately his decision and nobody is forcing him.

Does't sound as bad as what I did when I first started posting. I bad mouthed a perfectly innocent man. Shouldn't have bad mouthed anyone, this is not the place for it, I was totally out of line, I got a warning and rightfully so, but I didn't get band. Your punishment seems a little harsh!

Forgot to add that I totally agree our vets deserve special reconcideration on such matters.Doesn't seem right for a man that has been willing to pay the ultimate sacrifice for each and every one of us.God bless you and I hope this all works out in your favor.
