Does Fiberglass?????

Does fiberglass negate the need, to need, straight ends on a laminated longbow for the most stability? When one uses glass, does that material allow a mild D/R longbow to be as stable and forgiving as a straight end D-Bow??
With the glass it seems like the increase in stiffness of the limbs would allow for a design that gives more string tension without destabilizing the limbs. Any insight?

In an all wood lam bow the glue line and wood combo does the same thing. I don't believe it increases the stiffness or stability any more in a glass bow. A glass lam bow is engineered to be what it is when done, no stiffer or more stable.
