Hey guys,
Got my riser shaped and sanded now I need to know who to fill the wood pores before I finish with thunder bird. I heard of guys using epoxy and wood putty, whats best?
What kind should I use and how should I do it?

I sandpaper it and fill it in with the dust and super glue.

I have used wood glue but it was of a different color than the wood and was not the best looking choice.

I think most guys are using thin super glue to do this job.

Thin super glue is the trick.  Several coats and sand smooth.

You can use T-Bird to fill...  Check out the website or talk to Diane...

I used to fill with super glue but have switched to filling with thinned down Thunderbird. The end result seems to be better for me.
