Heres my set up. Total cost is near $0.00 except for various nails and screws and the used craftsman vise all other parts were scrounged.

I'm too A.D.H.D. to sit and work.  Gotta stand or I go nuts.  Been using this arrangement, lagged to the floor, for years.
