Are you registered on Photo bucket or any other photo hosting site?

yes i registered for photo bucket last night just cant figure out how to get the pic from there to here

When you are looking at your picture on Photobucket you will see "Links to share this photo" to the right.
Click on the bottom one that says "IMG" which is the abbreviation for Image.
That should COPY the link.
Then in your post here, right click your mouse for the command "PASTE".
