I just finished up this special compact Scout. This is the first time I have used sheep horn and I think it came out pretty cool!
It has different reddish colored streaks running through the horn, which looks very neat.
The blade is Elmax and is flat ground to a nice thin edge. The blade is 3.75" tip to handle and 8.3" OAL. The tang is tapered down to .041".
It has copper pins that I darkened a bit for a nice warm look.

Thanks for looking!

Very nice Ben! These Scout models (Scout and the Compact Scout) are going to be very popular.

Really nice work. I agree with you on that sheep horn. I have some scales that I've been meaning to try.

I think you nailed it with this one.  The sheep horn looks great and it works well with the blade finish, the red liners, and the copper pins.  Good size for a general purpose knife as well.

Yea, those red liners work nice with that knife. Love that finish on your blades. You didn't mention anything about that sweet sheath. It's a beauty!
