I just finished up this Prototype 6" fighter. It is a longer version of my Scout, with a double edge. The blade is Elmax and I gave it a nice stonewashed finish. The handle is carbon fiber with red liners, carbon fiber pins and a copper tube. The tang is tapered and it balances right at the guard. It weighs in at 8.8oz. and is very fast in hand. The top edge is sharpened. It is marked Prototype on the reverse side.

The sheath is heavy duty leather that I hand stitched with 150# kevlar thread. Which was a pain in the rear end!!
It is designed for IWB carry.

That's mighty nice Ben. I like the thought you put into your work. Anyone would be proud to carry that.

Nice knife Ben, I like it.

What's your thoughts on the Elmax?  I have a ZT with the Elmax blade and I am not really sure if I like it.  I really have a hard time getting it hair popping sharp.  I really have to drop my sharpening angle really low to get it really, really sharp (like 11 DPS).  It seems to hold a edge fairly good, just doesn't like to take a scapel sharp edge.

Anyway, just thought I would ask what your thoughts are.

Looks good Ben, reminds me of some of Nathan the Machinist's work(from Bladeforums) Looks clean.
