Lee Robinson .

This is one of the first knives my friend John Abston made. (John posts here under the name Coltar). He made it for my son, Conner. I really appreciate it and think he did an excellent job. I look forward to seeing what he does in a few years.

While Conner is too young for the knife right now, he really appreciates it and considers John a personal buddy. Right now I do let him use it with help from Daddy...but when he gets older it will be his to use as he wishes. He is already talking about cleaning a deer with it. 8^)

I made one request when he and I were talking, which was for the blade to come close to the hilt for leverage when cutting (realizing my son will likely use this for whittling as kids do, it will prevent him from having to push hard and give him more control).

Until next time...good shooting,
Lee
